She is survived by: her husband Tommy Murphy; her daughter Brittany Murphy of Wayland, KY; her granddaughters, Leanna Clouse, Charla Hopkins, Heather Fraley and Becky Piersall; and her siblings, Tommy Clouse of Martin, KY and Emma Clouse. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
