She is survived by: her sons, Earl Huff of Prestonsburg, Jerry Chaffins of Garner, Jeremiah Chaffins of Wayland, Gregory Phillip Chaffins of Wayland, Adam Chaffins of Harlan and Jason Chaffins of Knott County, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Zachary, Jerry Lee, Joanna, Kayla, Evelyn, Clay, Chloe and Aiden; and her siblings, Greg Prater of South Carolina, Michael Davis of Prestonsburg, James Prater of Salt Lick, Don Prater of Ohio, Pamela Prater of Arkansas, Barbara Wilson of Prestonsburg and Rebecca Collins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
