She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Bastin and Evie Black Bastin; her husband Gary Lee Ware; her siblings, Darrell Bastin, Dee Ray Bastin and Faye Sims; her in-laws, JC and Edna Ware; and her brother-in-law Larry Ware.
She is survived by: her son Brent Ware (Lisa) of Walltown; her granddaughters, Allison Thompson (Wesley) of Walltown and Ashley Ware of Walltown; her great grandchild Maggie Jo Thompson of Walltown; her sister-in-law Theresa Gail Ware of Walltown; and her caregiver Tricia Sheene of Yosemite, Kentucky.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
