He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bill and Martha Perry Frederick; his daughter Sandra Jo Ella Halcomb; and his siblings, Dorothy Carman, Kathleen Patterson and Phillip Frederick.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wilkerson Frederick; and his children, Ronald Frederick (Meta) of Liberty, KY, Gary Frederick of Stanford, Deborah Hale (Ricky) of Danville, KY and George Frederick (Richelle) of Rhode Island. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
