With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David E. Allen of Waynesburg, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny "Junior" Allen and Jeanetta Allen (Cochran); and his son Daniel Earl Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Allen Bonin (Jessie) of Cleveland, Texas; his grandchildren, Danyelle Owens (Johnny) of Conroe, Kristina Owens (Charlie) of Conroe and Morgan Owens (Britney) of Huntsville, Texas; his great grandchildren, Rylee Rae Jayroe, Bradan Bonin, Brooklyn Curbey, Baylee Curbey and Jase McGee; and his siblings, Darrell Allen (Diane) of Waynesburg, Danny Allen (Karen) of Waynesburg, Dean Allen (Theresa) of Waynesburg, Rosalee Smith of Pulaski County, Barbara Carman (Randall) of Kings Mountain, Nina Griffin (Ray) of Waynesburg and Pam Hubble (Preston) of Waynesburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Friend Funeral Home (545 KY-328, Waynesburg, KY 40489). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Parlor Grove Cemetery-Waynesburg Ky.
