She was predeceased by: her husband Garry Wayne Durham; and her siblings, Mark Dunham, Kevin Dunham and Beverly Cundiff (David). She is survived by: her mother Leona Jenkins Dunham; her children, Scott Durham of Hustonville, Kentucky and Susan Lee (Todd) of Liberty, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Heather Lee of Liberty, Chris Lee (Miranda) of Louisville and Macie Lee of Liberty; her great grandchildren, Audri, Adrian and Adam; her siblings, Paul Dunham (Dev) of Grayson, Robert Dunham (Shelia) of Walltown, Tim Dunham (Rita) of Walltown and Bonita Lynn (Robert) of Liberty; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Dunham of Calvary Ridge and Carole Perkins of Moreland, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and numerous other extended family members and friends.
