He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burtt and Marie Burtt; and his wife Patricia Burtt. He is survived by: his children, Scott Burtt, Christine Engle and Kelly Gleason; and his stepchildren, Ginnie Carver, Julie Howard (Kelly) and Charlene Velanteus (Danielle). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
