Hugh Perkins Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2025, at the age of 77, Hugh Perkins of Webbville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Perkins and Flora Berry; his sons, Hugh Melvin Perkins Jr., Anthony Brian Perkins and Brian Keith Perkins; his siblings, Arthur Perkins, Wayne Perkins, Roy Perkins, Paul Perkins, Roger Perkins, Annie Walls, Pauline Morgan, Marie Blythe, Opal Ratliff and Velce Perkins; and his stepchildren, John Wesley Perkins and Marie Messer.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Perkins (Bernette) of Inez, Melina Spillman (Lonnie) of Webbville and Jay Perkins of Webbville; and his sister Dorthy Comer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends.
