He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Hall Sr. and Alene Spears Burke. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Hall; his children, Jason Hill, Ryan Hall, Stephanie Newsome (Joseph), Christine Hall (Nathan), Tabbatha Little (Hobie) and Christy McKinney; his grandchildren, Isabell, Jasmine, Zoe, Adrianna, Jacob, Alex, Peyton, Cameron, Caden, Amarha, Seth, Brian, Hannan, Lexie, Phoenix, Brantley, Brayden and Landon; his great grandchild Hudson; and his goddaughter Angel Newsome. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
