He was predeceased by: his parents, Posey Scott and Vienetia Powers Scott; his siblings, Clyde Scott, Ronald Scott, Donald Scott and Kay Bates; and his grandchild Keltzie.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Blankenship Scott; his daughters, Brandy Nicole Scott (Sam) and Stacey Rhnea Scott (Andy) of Burton; his siblings, Bobby Scott (Kathy) of Somerset and Bonida Scott of Cedar Bluff, AL; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Daygan, Paxton, Teagan, Liam, Bexley, Kambri, Andrew and Aeryn; and his great grandchild Kaiyzen.
