He is survived by: his wife Patsy Haley Sword; his children, Robert "Peewee" Sword (Kaye) of Weeksbury, Kentucky and Hope Sword of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Paul Wooten (Dema), Natoshea Hamilton (Stephen), Tara Tackett (Jeremy), Ashley Thomas (Ryan), Jody Tackett (Olivia), Haley Allen (Josh) and Jonathan Sword; his great grandchildren, Belle Combs, McKenna Johnson, Kylie Tackett, Carlee Tackett, Brayden Isaac, Kynlie Tackett, Kylen Tackett, Drey Allen, Krash Sword, Oliver Tackett, Ava Timmons, Navy Timmons, Blair Sword, Taylor Hamilton and Aralynn Allen; and his siblings, Norman Sword of Arkansas, Robert "Bob" Sword of Wheelwright, Kentucky and Gwendolyn Collier of Ohio.
