He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Bentley and Maggie Cole Bentley; and his brothers, Junior Bentley and James Lowell Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Huffman Bentley; his son Shawn Bentley (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Dalton Bentley, Kelsey Bentley and Dylan Bentley; and his siblings, Danny Bentley (Robin), Ricky Bentley (Debbie), Alice Hall, Millie Vass (Rudy) and Sally Short (David).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Menifee Home For Funerals (P. O. Box 98 847 Highway 36, Frenchburg, KY 40322). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
