He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Daye and Marlene Tuttle Bentley; and his sister Edwina Faye Amburgey. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Cole Bentley; his children, Shaylynn Leach (Robbie) of Winchester, Roijeana Miller (Donnie) of Wellington, Heather Gibson (Donald) of Wellington, Kentucky and Brandon Cole of Jackson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ryder Leach, Raelynn Leach, Isaiah Miller, Asher Miller, Anthony Garry and Kayden Cole; and his close friends, Anthony "Bubby" Castle, Robbie Leach, Donnie Miller, Donald Gibson, Larry Helton, James Roberts, Lyndon Chaney, Glen Walters and Garland Chaney.
