He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Lee Perkins and Dora Jean Thompson Perkins; and his brothers, Dennie Perkins Jr. and John Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Perkins, Brianna Perkins, Elizabeth Perkins, Charles Tyler (Tori Perkins), Dennie Perkins and B. Perkins; and his siblings, Isaiah Perkins, Melinda Perkins and Mary Perkins.
