He is survived by : his sister Betty Lykins of Ezel, KY; his nieces and nephews, Tim Lykins (Juanita) of Ezel, KY, Kirby Lykins of Ezel, KY, Dini Floyd of Kitts Hill, OH and Karen Bailey (Tim) of Morehead, KY; his caregivers, Vicki Wallace and Cliff Swierk of Sullivan, IL; his sister-in-law Fonda Wells of West Liberty, KY; his half-sister Janice Combs Brown of Gatesville, TX; and his pets, Cricket, Fluffy and Baby. He is also survived by his family and friends.
