He was predeceased by : his parents, Dillard Whitt Sr. and Mary Irene Potter Whitt; and his brother Edward Kelley. He is survived by : his daughter Jessica Renee Holbrook of Middletown, OH.; his brothers, Farrell (Penny Whitt) and Arvin Elmer Whitt of West Liberty, KY.; his aunts, Clara Potter Francis of Shiloh, OH and Lila Mae Potter Williams of West Liberty, KY.; and his nieces, Alexandria Whitt Johnson and Kinsey Danielle Whitt of West Liberty, KY..

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
