He is survived by: his son Jacob Dale Davis (Jodi) of Campton, KY; his grandchildren, Danielle LeeAnn Marie Davis and Jaxon Dale Davis; his siblings, Stella Ann Davis Johnson of Adele, KY, Douglas Davis (Gail) of West Liberty, KY and Dwayne Davis of Adele, KY; his siblings' children, Claude Michael Johnson (Alexandria) of Blaze, KY and Jennifer Caskey (Chris) of West Liberty, KY; his great-nieces, Andrea Caskey and Alexis Johnson; his great-nephew Xander Michael Johnson; and his pet Mayo.
