We announce the death of Eunice Cox of West Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 85. Eunice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Eunice’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Gibbs and Anna Potter Gibbs; her husband Earl Cox; and her daughter Linda Cox Dehart. She is survived by: her grandson Brandon Ray Perry (Lena Mae) of Morehead, KY; her great grandchildren, Madison Rae Perry of West Liberty, KY and Morgan Lin Perry of West Liberty, KY; her great great grandchild Wyatt Blaine Lemaster; and her siblings, Kathy Smith (Ben) of West Liberty, David Gibbs (Victoria) of Dayton, OH and Jimmy Gibbs (Opal) of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by her family, church family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (329 Glenn Ave, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
