With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florine Vance (West Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Phipps and Mary Long Phipps; her siblings, Bruce Phipps and Magdalene Phipps; and her granddaughter-in-law Montana Price.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Vance; her children, Vernon Vance and Angie Price (Eric); her grandchildren, Shawn Price (Melissa), Matthew Price and Tara Harris (Justin); her great grandchildren, Madison, Colton, Jackson, Carson, Lucas, Liam and Tatum; and her brother Yondell Phipps.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
