He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassel Howard and Ruie Howard; his sister Vonda Conley; and his grandson Jacob Timothy Howard. He is survived by: his wife Opal Fern Hackney Howard; his sons, Mike (Felicia Howard), Jamie (Pam Howard) and Jeremy (Bri Howard); and his siblings, Janie and Donnie.
