It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen F Higgins (West Liberty, Kentucky), who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sammie Oney and Gussie Salyers Oney; the father of her children Gene Higgins Jr.; her son Randy Higgins; and her brothers, Parker, Jack, Grover, Paul and Beryl Oney.

She is survived by : her children, Gregory Higgins and Jeana Stamper; her granddaughter Cheyenne; and her sisters, Ruby Lykins and Roxie Allen.

A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gullett Cemetery.
