She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Lewis and Elizabeth Gilliam Lewis; her husband Edgar Eugene Osborne; her children, Edgar Lewis Osborne and Susan Carol Osborne; and her sisters, Loretta May and Mae Hammonds.

She is survived by : her children, Toni Auxier (Kenny) of Rockledge, FL, Fred Nelson Lewis Osborne of West Liberty, KY and Frank Ellis Osborne (Vickie Pelfrey Oldfield) of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Hunter Auxier of Rockledge, FL, Taylor Auxier of Vero Beach, FL, Esther Osborne of Louisville, KY and Ella Osborne of Villa Hills, KY; her daughter-in-law Sallie Osborne of Villa Hills, KY; and her sister Henrietta Lewis May of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Morgan County Animal Shelter.
