He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Allen and Geneva Benton Allen Barker; his stepfather Norwood Barker; and his brothers, Gary Allen and Larry Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Hammons Allen; his son Isaac Allen (Kristin Allen); his grandchildren, Abby Allen and Noah Allen; his siblings, Judy (Wendell Johnson), Brenda (Kenneth Litteral), Sherry Griffie, Becky (Gary Kohler), Paul (Robin Barker) and David (Patty Barker); and his uncle Rev. James Allen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions are suggested to West Liberty Christian Church.
