She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Blevins and Viola Cox Blevins; her stepdaughter Kathy Perkins; and her brothers, Kenneth Blevins and Glen Edward Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Standafer; her children, David Patrick (Joan) and Merrietta Standafer; her stepsons, Jeff Standafer and John Standafer (Amber); her grandchildren, Ashley Healy (Ross), Bennett Ison (Jake), Brock Standafer (Kaitlynn), Lacie Williams, Taylor Clinger (Jesse), Logan Jones, Riley Standafer, Baylee Standafer and Adyson Day; her great grandchildren, Delanie Kemplin, Mia Kemplin, Fowler Healy, Knox Healy, Kalan Ison, Parker Ison, Kash Clinger, Kaytlyn Clinger, Oakley Standafer and Harrison Standafer; her siblings, Martha Carol Lewis (Bernall) and Larry Blevins (Cona); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Index Community Church (1749 W Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
