She is survived by: her children, Elaine Prater (Gary) of West Liberty, KY and Clinton Blair (Jennifer) of Washington, D. C.; her grandchildren, Ashlee Mason (Seth) and Michael Prater; and her great grandchildren, Brenton Ferguson, Beau Mason and Ainslee Ferguson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the West Liberty Christian Church (304 Prestonsburg St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
