He is survived by: his daughter Reanna Carty of Salyersville, KY; his nephew Nathan Cantrell (Megan) of Winchester, KY; his grandchildren, Aubrey Elizabeth Neal and Madeline Kate Potter; his great-niece Emmarie Linn Cantrell; and his partner's son Hunter Chase Barrett. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
