He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Smith and Frances Smith (Bishop); and his brothers, Garner Roe Smith and Bert Autry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Smith of West Paducah, KY; his son Tim Smith (Teresa) of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, Jack Smith of Kevil, KY and Sue Oreskovich (Pete) of West Paducah, KY; his sister-in-law Betty Finnell of Lone Oak, KY; his grandchildren, Zac Smith (Sara) of Mayfield, KY, Rebecca Smith (John) of Arlington, VA and Sam Smith (Ashley) of Richmond, KY; and his great grandchildren, Georgia Smith and Gage Smith.
