He is survived by: his parents, Melisa Davidson and Jeff Burnett; his wife Lindsay; his children, Shade, Wyatt and Elijah; his stepmother Jennifer Burnett; his grandmother Beverly McReynolds; his siblings, Justin Kortz (Laura), Cody Gentry, Joshua Hale and Jessica Little (Justin); his father-in-law Keith Bartlett; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Cope (Kyle) and Kelsey Bartlett (Amethyst); his aunt Sherri Burnett; and his uncle Gary Burnett.
