He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Carter of West Paducah, KY and Kimberly Spence of Kalkaska, Michigan.; his siblings, Robert Lynn Carter of West Paducah, KY, Richard S. Carter (Shirley) of Calvert City, KY and Barbara Page of Benton, KY; his grandchildren, Alicia Carter, Tyler Carter and Ethan Carter; and his pet Revol.
