He is survived by: his children, Christopher Sean Mallory of West Paducah, Bradford Heath Mallory (Julie) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Lori Whitney Summers (Thomas) of West Paducah, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Connor Mallory, Collin Mallory, Kaelin Mallory and Trace Summers.
