Sandra Lee is survived by : children, James LaSalvia of Paducah, KY, Matthew LaSalvia of Villa Hills, KY, Elise Allen of Spring Branch, TX and Laura Dahlberg of Plano, TX.; sister Nancy Akers of Goshen, KY; and also Michael Cargill of Georgetown, TX. Sandra Lee is also survived by six grandchildren.
