He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilma Kelsey, and Brooks Kelsey, Sr.; and his brother Lee Kelsey. He is survived by : his wife Marsha Kelsey; his children, Jennifer Colwell (James) of Hillview, Brooks and Kelsey (Kalenia) of Ashland; his adoptive daughters, Kara McCue of Louisville and Bianca Ramirez of Louisville; his siblings, Carol Daughtery (Dennis) of Louisville and Larry Kelsey (Brenda) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Michael, Avery Kelsey, Mikayla Durrett, Lyndsay, Haleigh Zimmerman and Brookelynn Risen; his great grandchild D. J. Milliner; and his friends, Denise Bloomer and Ed Adams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request you consider donating to Brooks favorite charity. A collection of donations from the memorial will be given to support youth fishing tournaments.
