She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edd Tackett and Myrtle Johnson Tackett; her husband Gary Miller; and her great grandchild Garyson Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Larry Miller (Darcie) of Clovis, California and Carrie Holbrook (Scott) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Felicia Miller, Dante Miller, Tyler Compton, Morgan Holbrook and Kolt Holbrook; and her siblings, James Tackett, Gene Tackett, Tommy Tackett, Donnie Tackett, Eugene Tackett, Paul Tackett, Angela Moore and Tammy Tackett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
