She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Perry and Elva Crum Perry; her husband Richard Aron Wells; her sons, Richard Arthur Wells and Mark Edward Wells; and her siblings, Harold Thomas Perry, James Arthur Perry, Ruth Perry, Sally Lyons, Ann Marie Holzhouse and Audrey Grace.
She is survived by: her children, George Anthony Wells (Lorraine) of Hanson, KY, John Paul Wells (Patricia) and Teresa Lynn Wells Wright (Randy) of Hurricane, WV; and her siblings, Michael Allen Perry of Michigan and Judy Perry of Florida. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
