Booker (Gerald) of Elizabethtown, KY; his sister Shirley Rath (David) of White Mills, KY; his sisters-in-law, Jane Link and Brenda Link; his grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Easton Link, Ryan Davis (Jessie), Allie Link, Chaz Link and Emma Booker; and his great grandchild Reiner Davis.
