He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Clifton Spencer and Addie Frances Spencer; his wife Nora Belle Spencer; and his brother-in-law Dwight Raymer. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth W Spencer (Terri) of White Mills, Ronnie E Spencer of Stephensburg, Eddie R Spencer of White Mills and Sheri Peters (Steve Hodge) of Eastview; his sister Bettye Mae Raymer of White Mills; his grandchildren, Nicki Rosati (Jim) of Louisville, KY, Ryan Peters (Shelby) of Stephensburg and Joshua Spencer (Lillian) of White Mills; his great grandchild Maeve Joy Peters of Stephensburg, KY; and his caregivers, Gena Cockerel, Dana Monin and Kayla Holloway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family request that in lieu of flowers the memorial contributions be given to the White Mills Baptist Church Building Fund.
