He is survived by: his parents, Guy Kelly and Brenda Kelly (Settle) of White Plains; his wife Nora Kelly (Cavanaugh); his son Slayton Kelly (Sadie Carbino); his stepsons, Brian "Stryker" Morgan and Declan Morgan; his sister Donna Sue; his in-laws, Tim and Carla Cavanaugh; his sister-in-law Janet Crask (Jesse); and his nieces, Brenda, Marissa Glenn (Blake) and Chris Wright.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bandy Funeral Home (18 N Main St, Nortonville, KY 42442).
