He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mullins of Whitesburg; his children, William Duke Mullins (Sharon) of Bellefontaine, Ohio. and Georgia Benton of Salvisa, Kentucky.; his sisters, Nina Rose of Payne Gap and Nancy Horne of Baltimore, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Kayla, Devin, Kristen, Tiara and Chayni; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Jadeyn, Amaya, Maddie, Emma, Gabby, Lillie and Waylen Duke.
