He is survived by : his wife Donna Ruth Jones Fleming; his sons, Steven Wayne Fleming (Amanda) of Bossier City, Andrew Scott Fleming of Louisville, Matthew Thomas Fleming of Whitesburg and Caleb Paul Fleming (Stephanie) of Richmond, Kentucky; his siblings, Frank Fleming of Winchester, Roger "Will" Fleming of Deane, Winston Fleming of Hindman, Kentucky, Kathy Ison of Jenkins, Kentucky and Rita Mullins of Jenkins, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Ayden, Alexis, Olivia, Ace and Caiden.
