He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry McCoy and Gola Taylor Perry; his wife Susan Hampton Perry; his sons, Christopher Perry (Mikki) of Whitesburg and Chadwick Perry of Whitesburg; his siblings, Gordon Perry of Crafts Colley, Roscoe Perry of Seco, Stanley Perry of Lawrence County, Cora Lee Holbrook of Crafts Colley and Rachel Tostenson of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Allison (Jordan), Nicholas (Haleigh), Logan and Annie.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858).
