He is survived by: his wife Delana Campbell Lark; his children, Joshua Corey Lark of Cowan, Melanie Ann Flener of Louisville and Ina Cassidy Rena Cole of Indianapolis; his siblings, Richard Lewis Lark of Lexington, Charlotte Jo Sumpter of Mechanicsville, Carla Homola (Joe) of Elyria and Janie Benton (Doug) of Sandlick; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Andrew, Peyton, Adam and Paisley.
