She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Arena Miracle and James Monroe Diamond III; her sister Zalorice Manary; and her daughter Laneia Grace Thomas. She is survived by: her husband William Gale Collins of Whitesburg; her sister Renee Drummond of Apple Valley, California; her son Charlie W. Collins (Belinda Buttery) of Corbin, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Charles Andrew Collins of Corbin, Ethan Jeremiah Thomas and Molly Grace Thomas of Speedway, Indiana; and her son-in-law Jon Thomas of Speedway. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Premium Baptist Church (4014 KY-160, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators Hospice Care in Fala's memory.
