He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Fields of Jeremiah, Kentucky.; his siblings, Leonard T. Fields (Kathy) of Dayton, John Muncie Fields (Donna Sue) of Letcher, Kentucky., Loretta Adams (Fields) of Jefferson City and Deborah Carol (Daniel Taylor Schwenk Sr.) of Dayton, Nevada.; and his sisters-in-law, Debra Fields (Davis) of Cedar Ridge and Mary Fields (Cook) of Georgia.
