He is survived by: his wife Rita Gibson Collins; his children, Phillip Collins (Samantha) of North Carolina, Kevin Collins of Whitesburg and Zola Denise Caudill of Jeremiah; his siblings, Michael Tyree of Ice and Judi Fisher (Gary) of Michigan; his grandchildren, Brittany Helton (Michael), Bethany Adams (Matthew), Noah Collins and Aubree Collins; and his great grandchildren, Aleeah Helton, Aria Helton, Weston Helton, Brenden Adams and Brenley Adams.
