He is survived by: his wife Deb Combs of Isom, Kentucky; his daughter Taylyn Kincer (Robbie) of Whitesburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Burnett Combs (Mary) of Isom, Kentucky, Arlene Morgerson of Lexington and Geraldine; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Kross Kincer and Mini Mae Day. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
