She is survived by : her husband Frank Combs; her sons, John Combs (Diane) of Pandora and Matt Combs of Columbus, Ohio.; her sister Sue Cook of Maysville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Tyler Combs, Savanna Casto (James), Noah Combs, Hayleigh Combs and Spencer Combs; and her great grandchildren, Carleigh, Mileigh and Freya.
