She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Salyers and Polly Morton Salyers; and her husband Cleveland Fields. She is survived by: her children, Alesa Reed of Neon, Kentucky., Roger Fields (Pamela) of Pikeville and Bennie Fields of Neon, Kentucky.; her brother Clinard Salyers of Michigan; and her sons, Frank and Kenneth Fields.
