He was predeceased by: his father Earnest Cook; and his brother Steve Cook. He is survived by: his mother Maggie Sexton Cook of Campbranch; his wife Patricia Cook; his children, Randy Creedence Cook of Lexington, Patricia Camille Ison (Steven) of Whitesburg and Candice Holly Cook of Whitesburg; his siblings, Mike Cook of Campbranch, Mark Cook of Kona, Sandy Cook of Campbranch and Earnestine Franks of Campbranch; and his grandchildren, Lexi Ratliff (Jordan), Jesse Cook, Jasmine Sexton, Mia Sexton, Bishop Sexton, Tobi Ison and Tori Ison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
