He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Vance and Esther Vermillion Vance. He is survived by : his brother Harold Vance of Neon; his niece Angie Vance Whitaker of Neon; his uncle Ralph Vermillion of Denver; and his cousins, Donna and Janet Vermillion of Denver Colorado.
