He is survived by : his father Billy Joe Shepherd of St. Petersburg; his siblings, Melissa Howard (Neal) of Jenkins, Kentucky., Christopher Joe Shepherd (Margaret) of Jenkins and Timothy Wayne Shepherd (Angie) of Stafford, Virginia.; his nieces and nephews, Christin, Stelan, Jesse, Hailey, Jodi, Skylee, Hawk, Mathew, Zachary and Tony; and his friend Anthony (Tackett).
